Imagine an early summer evening, walking amongst the vines towards a table set for twenty-four, where an exquisite blend of local cuisine and wine await to indulge you in a dining experience like no other.

Back for a fourth season, our Atwater team has paired up with one of our favorite local chefs, Samantha Izzo of Simply Red's Lakeside Bistro, to invite you to enjoy an intimate evening of fine food and wines deep in the heart of our vineyards.

Chef Sam designs a menu that incorporates local, seasonal foods, brings everything but the kitchen sink into our vineyards, and prepares an amazing five-course meal, outside, nestled between the vines. Each course is perfectly paired with one of our vintages and is accompanied throughout the evening with dynamic wine commentary by one of our winemakers, engaging all involved in lively conversation throughout the evening. This is a night you'll brag to your friends about!
